The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with fresh amenities. The hotel staff provides excellent service, helping with tour connections and taxi services. The complimentary breakfast offers a wide selection of American and Vietnamese food. The hotel bar in the lobby is a great place to unwind after a day of excitement.
The elevators in the hotel can be slow at times.

This place is located in a great neighborhood where I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and provided extra services such as holding bags and offering a packed breakfast when I had to leave early. The hotel has many amenities, such as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa center, and fitness studio. The room was equipped with everything I needed, like air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen tv.
The level of service was below average, but cleaning service was friendly. However, the hotel is overall very good, and I would recommend it to anyone.

We were really surprised by Harmony Saigon Hotel & Spa. Despite being advertised as a 3-star hotel, it was so great. The room was lovely, with a super king-sized bed and a spa bath. The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing us with a packed breakfast for our early departure. The hotel's location, although a bit away from the main part of town, was quiet and peaceful. we had a great value stay at Harmony Saigon Hotel & Spa and would definitely recommend it.
