The location of the hotel is convenient, making it easy to walk to local attractions like the Mekong Delta Cruise or Cu Chi Tunnels. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with fresh amenities. The hotel staff provides excellent service, helping with tour connections and taxi services. The complimentary breakfast offers a wide selection of American and Vietnamese food. The hotel bar in the lobby is a great place to unwind after a day of excitement.
The elevators in the hotel can be slow at times.

This place is located in a great neighborhood where I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and provided extra services such as holding bags and offering a packed breakfast when I had to leave early. The hotel has many amenities, such as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa center, and fitness studio. The room was equipped with everything I needed, like air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen tv.
The level of service was below average, but cleaning service was friendly. However, the hotel is overall very good, and I would recommend it to anyone.

We were really surprised by Harmony Saigon Hotel & Spa. Despite being advertised as a 3-star hotel, it was so great. The room was lovely, with a super king-sized bed and a spa bath. The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing us with a packed breakfast for our early departure. The hotel's location, although a bit away from the main part of town, was quiet and peaceful. we had a great value stay at Harmony Saigon Hotel & Spa and would definitely recommend it.
